Are your fragrances long-lasting?
Yes! All our perfumes are formulated as Extrait de Parfum (35% concentration) and last 8+ hours on skin. Attars are even more concentrated.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We offer a 14-day return policy on unopened products in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan on orders up to Rs. 20,000. For orders above this amount, we require prepayment via bank transfer.
Are your products authentic and natural?
Absolutely. We use 100% natural ingredients sourced from Grasse, Florence, and the Middle East. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities for quality control.
